Lodging is included in your registration! Your room will be booked for you.
Two registration package options are available.
3-NIGHT Registration includes 3 nights lodging at The Grand America Hotel. See tentative Itinerary. We plan to return from Tremonton to Salt Lake City around 2:30pm Wednesday.
NOTE: Depending on flight availability, you may be able to fly home Wednesday evening. If you plan to stay over in SLC, you may retain your room at The Grand America Hotel for Wednesday night or check out Wednesday morning and book a room elsewhere on your own. Additional nights at The Grand America Hotel are available to book when registering (select Wed. Night Additional in registration form). Other hotel suggestions noted below; book on your own.
FULL Registration includes 3 nights lodging at The Grand America Hotel and 1 night lodging in Burley, ID. All arrangements will be made for you.
NOTE: If you sign up for the FULL Registration package you will be checking out of The Grand America Hotel on Wednesday morning and putting luggage on the bus. YOU WILL BE BROUGHT BACK TO SALT LAKE CITY ON THURSDAY EVENING! Depending on flight availability, you may be able to fly home, or may book a hotel on your own.
Both Wednesday and Thursday return bus trips will make stops at SLC airport if anyone needs a drop there upon returning to Salt Lake City from Valley View Granite or the Optional Day trip. Buses will also make drops at Little America located next door to The Grand America Hotel. Doubletree Hotel by Hilton is also adjacent to Little America. Both are good options for booking on-your-own accommodations as needed.
Tucker Design Awards and Bybee Prize
Monday night we will celebrate the eight 2024 Tucker Design Award winning projects and honor the 2024 Bybee Prize recipient for their lifetime achievements in designing with natural stone. We welcome additional attendees for this dinner event at the Hotel. Local member employees and professionals in the A & D community are encouraged to attend. A separate registration form will be available for the Tucker Design Awards dinner.
Registration Eligibility
Any current Natural Stone Institute member and/or member employee, including a partner or spouse, is eligible to attend with a paid registration for each individual. All registrations include lodging for noted number of nights, all planned meals, and event transportation. The Second in Room registration fee excludes lodging costs and should be selected for any registrant who will share a room with a Full registrant.
We regret no children under the age of 12 may attend.
Attire
All events will be casual except for the Monday evening dinner and Tucker Design Awards, for which business or cocktail attire is suggested. Appropriate footwear including closed-toe shoes should be worn for stone site visits.
Travel
Round trip air travel is very convenient via Salt Lake City (SLC) airport, less than 15 minutes from downtown.
2024 STUDY TOUR CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received before July 29 are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations requested after July 29 but before August 9 receive refund less $125 administration fee.
Cancellations requested after August 9 but before August 21 receive lodging refund only.
We regret NO REFUNDS are available after August 21.

We are no longer asking for literature for the event bag. ALL sponsors have the option to host a tabletop display (literature, promotional item, sample) during the Sunday night reception/dinner at The Grand America Hotel.
