Mankato Kasota Stone quarried stone for 125 years before Kasota Stone Fabricators had the opportunity to take over operations. A leader in quarrying and distributing stone throughout the United States, Kasota Stone Fabricators is able to offer limestones, granites, and marbles.
This event will tour a 130 year old Minnesota Dolomite quarry. Owner, Jake Barkley, will discuss the history of this historic quarry and the process of quarrying in Minnesota.
