2026 Vermont Study Tour
September 13-17 • Montpelier, Vermont
Overview
Natural Stone Institute returns to Vermont for this always-popular study tour event. Registration is planned to open in early April offering Full, 2nd in Room, Non-Lodging and some a la carte attendance options. It’s been ten years since our last Vermont tour and attendees can expect visits to familiar and prominent Barre and surrounding member sites like Miles Supply, Buttura and Gherardi, Trow and Holden, and Polycor’s Bethel and Woodbury granite sites, plus Rock of Ages fabrication plant. We are still reaching out to NSI members, so expect a few additions, along with traditional favorites like Hope Cemetery and the Granite Museum. Monday night will feature the annual LIVE auction which has become the “must attend” highlight of this event.
New in 2026
Still promoted as a four-day event, formal programming will end Wednesday afternoon allowing for travel home that evening, if desired. But anticipate availability of some informal activities for those who can remain one more night to take further advantage of the valued networking opportunities and then travel home Thursday morning.
Registration packages will include lodging.
