Women in Stone Mentorship Program
The Women in Stone Mentorship program was established in 2017 and has helped lead hundreds of women through a unique learning experience designed to help build confidence and advance their careers. Participants are paired based on their experience and goals, which are collected through our registration form. They meet for one hour per month throughout the six months program. No travel is required.
There are 3 ways to participate in the program:
- Mentor
- Mentee
- Peer-to-Peer
You will prioritize 4 categories to focus on during the program:
- Leadership & Career Advancement
- Sales, Marketing, and Communications
- Stone Industry Knowledge
- Technical Knowledge

Kick Start Meeting
Before you complete the Registration & Pairing Survey, please watch the Kick Start Meeting recording. This will explain how to complete the registration survey as well as outline the time commitments and expectations for being a mentor, peer mentor, or mentee.
Career Development Goals Worksheet
If you will be participating as a mentee or peer mentor, please complete the Career Development Goals Worksheet before you start the Registration and Pairing Survey. This should be done with your supervisor to get input and approval on your mentorship goals.

Please allow 15-20 minutes to complete this survey. Registration closes Friday, February 10, 2023. Before you begin, please watch the Kick Off Meeting. If you will be participating as a mentee or peer mentor, we also ask that you complete the Career Development Goals Worksheet linked above.

Guidance Emails
Emails will be sent every month with reminders to schedule a meeting with your pair. They will also include helpful worksheets to supplement your conversation each month.
