Women in Stone Mentorship Program
The Women in Stone Mentorship program was established in 2017 and has helped lead hundreds of women through a unique learning experience designed to help build confidence and advance their careers. Participants are paired based on their experience and goals, which are collected through our registration form. They meet for six one-hour meetings throughout the year. No travel is required.
There are 3 ways to participate in the program:
- Mentor
- Mentee
- Peer-to-Peer
You will prioritize 4 categories to focus on during the program:
- Leadership & Career Advancement
- Sales, Marketing, and Communications
- Stone Industry Knowledge
- Technical Knowledge
Mentorship Program Check List
Kick Off Webinar
This webinar will explain how to complete the registration survey as well as outline the time commitments and expectations for being a mentor, peer mentor, or mentee. If you have successfully completed this program in past year’s this is not required.
Career Development Goals Worksheet
This worksheet must be completed by all mentees and peer-mentors with their supervisors prior to registering. It is not required if you are participating as a mentor, or if you do not have a supervisor.
2025 Registration
If this is your first time participating, we require you to complete the Kick Off webinar before you complete the forms. Registration closes on Friday, February 14, 2025.

Guidance Emails
