Women in Stone Mentorship Program
The Women in Stone Mentorship program was established in 2016 and has helped lead hundreds of women through a unique learning experience designed to help build confidence and advance their careers. Participants are paired based on their experience and goals, which are collected through our registration form. They meet for six one-hour meetings throughout the year. No travel is required.
There are 3 ways to participate in the program:
- Mentor
- Mentee
- Peer-to-Peer
You will prioritize 4 categories to focus on during the program:
- Leadership & Career Advancement
- Sales, Marketing, and Communications
- Stone Industry Knowledge
- Technical Knowledge
Additional factors used in the matching process include:
- Industry Sector
- Years in the Stone Industry
- Years in your Field
- Professional Skills
- Communication Style

2026 Mentorship Program Kick Off Webinar

Time: 11:00am ET
Are you interested in participating in the Women in Stone Mentorship Program? Join us for an informational webinar that will explain the registration and pairing process and provide and outline of the time commitments and expectations for being a mentor, peer mentor, or mentee. This Kick Off event will serve as the official start to the 2026 program. This year’s program will feature a new software tool for registration and continued administration throughout the year. Even if you have participated in this program in the past, all are required to attend this session. On-demand access will be available following the live session for those who are not able to attend.
Prepare for Registration
Communication Style Assessment- Complete this form to identify your individual communication style. You will input your result during registration so be sure this is completed before you start that process. For more information about this assessment, you can watch this recorded webinar.
Career Development Goals- It is strongly recommended that all mentees and peer mentor participants use this form to communicate their participation intentions with their supervisors.
2026 Mentorship Program Registration
A link to registration with the new software will be available following the Kick Off Webinar on 2/5/2026 and will be open through Friday, February 20, 2026.
2026 Mentorship Program Pairing
Mentees will be prompted via email to review their matching results, and select their top three choices for Mentors on Monday, March 2, 2026. Matching will be open through Friday, March 20, 2026. Mentors will be emailed when they are selected and be prompted to approve or disapprove the match. For best results, mark your calendars for this important matching window and select your matches ASAP.
