Announces New Board Members
The Natural Stone Institute will welcome two individuals to its board of directors in January 2026.

Newly Elected Board Member
Martha Roberson
Granite Group International
Villa Rica, GA
Martha Roberson was first introduced to the industry in 2002 by working in sales with a slab distributor in North Carolina. Four years later, she opened and managed a new location in Birmingham, Alabama for the same company. In 2010, she became a founding partner of Granite Group International where she is currently still a partner. Martha has found the stone industry the most exciting and fascinating part of professional career. Having been a member of NSI for several years, Martha attended the 2025 NSI Study Tour.

Newly Elected Board Member
Peter Prvulovic
Vermont Quarries Corp.
Mendon, VT
Peter has been part of the Natural Stone industry for the last 30 years. The majority of his experience comes from working in the distribution sector of our industry, while the last nine years have been spent in the Quarrying and Manufacturing division. Over the past seven years Peter has been actively involved in NSI committees which include the North American Quarry Advocacy Group, Continuing Education Committee, as well as the Gary Sinise Foundation R.I.S.E. Program Committee.
Martha and Peter will serve a four-year term from 2026-2029. They will be formally welcomed to the board during the first meeting of 2026 at StonExpo in Las Vegas. The Natural Stone Institute would like to thank all members who voted in this board election.
