Oberlin, OH, January 15, 2019—The Natural Stone Institute will be offering a series of free informational sessions in booth 3523 during StonExpo/Marmomac at TISE. Sessions will take place January 23-25 and will focus on several programs offered by the association. Members and industry colleagues are invited to attend these sessions to learn about important benefits available to Natural Stone Institute members.
Wednesday, January 23
10:00am: Delegation Trips
Learn about opportunities for members to serve on international delegations to trade fairs, quarries, and factories.
10:30am: Gary Sinise Foundation
Through this program, members donate natural stone and fabrication services to severely wounded veterans.
11:00am: Women in Stone
Get involved with the Women in Stone mission to recruit, retain, and advance women in the natural stone industry.
11:30am: CEU Program
Expand your outreach to architects and designers by providing CEU presentations.
12:00pm: Membership Overview
Learn about the tangible benefits of joining the Natural Stone Institute and how to utilize these benefits for your company.
12:30pm: Testing Lab
Take advantage of the Natural Stone Institute’s testing lab to ensure your testing results are accurate and up-to-date.
1:00pm: Supplier to Buyer Manual
Learn about the Supplier to Buyer Manual, a resource for purchasing and sourcing stone internationally.
1:30pm: Natural Stone Resource Library
Learn how to access over 250 technical documents that are available free of charge in the Natural Stone Resource Library.
2:00pm: Regional Quarry Tour Program
New in 2019, several regional quarry tours will take place across the country.
2:30pm: Use Natural Stone Campaign
